Gatchalian: No 'standard practice' of leaving Senate rooms bare
The Office of the Ombudsman inspected the Senate office that detained Sen. Jinggoy Estrada stripped bare before handing it over to Sen. Tito Sotto, Senate President Sherwin Gatchalian confirmed Saturday, October 10.
