Government to seek Constitutional Court oversight of asylum ruling over anti-illegal immigrant protests
The Inter-Ministerial Committee (IMC) has announced plans to seek further guidance from the Constitutional Court on its ruling allowing undocumented immigrants to apply for asylum in South Africa.
