Côte Saint-Luc, Que., installs licence plate readers as part of public safety pilot project

The city says the cameras will read the plates of vehicle travelling in both directions through the Cavendish Boulevard underpass. The system will record an image of the vehicle associated with each plate, as well as the date and time the vehicle passed by.
