CAQ culture minister booted from party after attending PQ victory rally

With only a few weeks left to govern, the Coalition Avenir Québec government is getting a new culture minister in Martine Biron to replace Mathieu Lacombe. Lacombe was expelled from the party and removed from caucus after attending a Parti Québécois victory rally on election night.
