Defective phone charger, not arson, caused car fire, lawsuit against MPI alleges
Two Manitobans are suing the province's public insurance corporation over a denied claim, alleging a fire that destroyed their vehicle was started by a defective cellphone charger and was not deliberately set, as the insurer says.
