Uganda Shifts TVET Training Towards Workplace Skills
The Uganda Vocational and Technical Assessment Board (UVTAB) says the reforms are intended to address a longstanding disconnect between training institutions and industry, where curricula and assessments have not always reflected the practical tasks graduates are expected to perform.
