‘Where’s Ron?’ Galveston’s ‘Island Hero’ is forced to leave familiar spot after safety concerns

For 30 years, Ron Radler has sold cold water at the same median on Galveston Island. Recently, law enforcement asked him to move away from the median since it violates state traffic laws. Radler says business has since been a lot harder to come by.
