Former eThekwini councillor Ismail Cassimjee in court for R600,000 scam on sister
Ismail Cassimjee and his co-accused Thamothran Junior Raman have appeared in the Durban Regional Court charged with fraud and theft amounting to R1.5 million relating to an alleged property sale scam.
