Parks Canada is launching an investigation after Banff National Park superintendent Sal Rasheed was photographed walking his dog off-leash — a violation of federal law in national parks. The decision comes less than a day after the federal agency said it conducted an internal review and said it was “satisfied that the matter was appropriately addressed.”
