Cornell 7 frat student who sent initial text was expelled for assaulting Jane Doe 'without her consent,' her lawyer says
Jonathan Newell, one of the defendants in that lawsuit, is believed to have been expelled after the university's Title IX investigation into the incident, attorney Thomas Giuffra said.
