Victims of Apax Leaders English school boss's $327M fraud rise to 10,123
Nguyen Ngoc Thuy, who ran English language school Apax Leaders, has been indicted for a second time, accused of fraudulently appropriating VND8.459 trillion (US$327 million) from 10,123 people, 60 more than in his first indictment.
