Grenade seizure case: Pakistan-based ultra declared ‘proclaimed offender’

A special NIA court in Jammu has declared Nazir Hussain a proclaimed offender regarding grenade seizures. Hussain, originally from Hari village, is believed to be hiding in Pakistan currently. The court noted that previous non-bailable arrest warrants could not be executed due to his absence from home. Additionally, multiple attempts to compel Hussain to surrender have been unsuccessful.
