Vietnam’s T&T Group to develop $768mn wind farm in Laos
Vietnamese conglomerate T&T Group has signed an agreement to develop the 495-MW Savan 2 wind power project in Laos, with an estimated investment of US$768 million and commercial operations scheduled to begin by the end of 2028.
