The director of Dwatch Trading and Services Co. in Ho Chi Minh City has been arrested for selling counterfeit watches and jewelry bearing luxury brand names including Hermès, Richard Mille, Rolex, Cartier, Van Cleef & Arpels, Louis Vuitton, Omega and Hublot.
