China, EU reach consensus on hybrid and electric vehicle trade: spokesperson
China and the European Union have reached a series of understandings on hybrid and electric vehicle trade through continued dialogue under their trade and investment consultation mechanism, a spokesperson for China's Ministry of Commerce said Monday.
