Delhi’s winter action plan hit as new road sweeping machines delayed until November-end
Environment Minister Manjinder Singh Sirsa told The Hindu that order has been issued for 70 large Mechanical Road Sweepers (MRS) machines and at least some of them are expected arrive by November.
