Sabarimala temple gets new ‘melsanthi’
Areekkara Subrahmanyan Sankaran Namboothiri was selected as the new melsanthi of Sabarimala Lord Ayyappa temple, while A Damodaran Namboothiri will head the nearby Malikappuram Devi Temple. Both priests will assume their one-year tenure on November 16, ahead of the pilgrimage season
