Man arrested in St. Petersburg hit-and-run crash that killed motorcyclist
St. Petersburg police have arrested a man accused of leaving the scene of a crash that killed a motorcyclist last month. Carlos Briones-Leyva, 26, did not have a valid driver’s license at the time of the Sept. 27 crash on Fourth Street North that killed 65-year-old Bryan Hecke, according to an arrest warrant issued Wednesday.
