Medina moving forward with second phase of East Smith Road reconstruction
With design work on the project complete, council has given the green light to bid out Phase 2 of the East Smith Road reconstruction project. The body voted unanimously Oct. 26 to advertise for competitive bids and award a contract to the successful bidder.
