Kurdish politician Serhat Bucak returns from exile

The 81-year-old politician, who had previously spent 22 years in exile, briefly returned to Turkey during an earlier, ultimately unsuccessful peace process before being forced to leave again in 2016. He believes the current process is different: "The Kurds haven’t cowered; they’re standing tall."
