Dennis Quaid’s LA mansion is back on the market at a reduced price
Dennis Quaid has lowered the price of his Los Angeles mansion from $5.2 million to $4.6 million. He relocated to Nashville with his wife, Laura Savoie, and considers it their primary residence. After buying the Brentwood Hills property for $3.9 million in 2017, Quaid undertook extensive renovations. He expressed dissatisfaction with Los Angeles due to rising taxes and local governance issues.
