DBKL stops development approvals near KL flood retention ponds, says Yeoh
KUALA LUMPUR: Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) will no longer grant planning permission for developments near flood retention ponds until all technical requirements are met, the Dewan Rakyat was told today.
