Shad James Smith: Man jailed after magistrate rejects PTSD excuse for high-speed cop chase
A man who fled from police driving more than 140km/h in an 80km/h zone told the courts he did so because the lights and sirens triggered his PTSD he had been suffering since being shot interstate.
