Western Quebec doctors' group urges PQ to tackle physician shortage
Around 15,000 residents in the Outaouais were left without primary care physicians after Quebec passed Bill 2 last October. The group representing local physicians is now calling on the newly elected Parti Québecois government to address that shortage.
