Waitangi Tribunal calls for Government apology over removal of schools' Treaty obligations
In the final report of its urgent education inquiry, the Waitangi Tribunal finds the Government breached Treaty principles by removing school boards' explicit obligations to Te Tiriti o Waitangi, and calls for the law to be restored.
