Sibiya’s wife claims girl’s father was pressured over case
The wife of suspended deputy national police commissioner Lt Gen Shadrack Sibiya has alleged that the father of a 16-year-old girl was pressured by people identified as “Khumalo and Mkhwanazi” to continue pursuing the case against her husband.
