Bollywood actor Ajay Devgn has approached the Bombay High Court challenging a Maharashtra FDA show-cause notice over his appearance in Vimal Elaichi advertisements. Devgn argues the notice was wrongly issued to him as an actor instead of the manufacturer, while the FDA maintains the ads constitute surrogate promotion of banned pan masala products.
