Iran says any negotiations require approval of SNSC and Leader

Tehran, IRNA – Mohammad Jafar Ghaempanah, vice president for executive affairs, says no negotiations would take place without approval from the Supreme National Security Council and final authorization from the Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Sayyid Mojtaba Hosseini Khamenei.
