In Hanoi, Mercedes owner appeals $26 compensation, seeks review of additional $2,900 damage
A woman whose Mercedes-Benz was scratched while parked outside a house in Hanoi has appealed a first-instance court ruling, seeking a reassessment of compensation, the defendant’s sentence and additional damage worth more than VND75 million (US$2,900) to the vehicle’s side mirror and headlight assembly.
