Provincial police make arrest in Baie-Saint-Paul, Que., homicide
Provincial police have arrested a 60-year-old man from the Quebec City region in connection with the death of a 49-year-old man in Baie-Saint-Paul on Sunday. The last homicide in the municipality happened in 2019.
