Former Penticton city councillor found guilty of sexual offences against youth for 2nd time
An Ontario Superior Court judge has found James Miller, a former Penticton, B.C., city councillor, guilty of historic sexual offences involving youth. Miller was found guilty of sexual assault, sexual interference and invitation to sexual touching.
