ANC to appeal ruling ordering reinstatement of Andile Lungisa on candidate list

The ANC will appeal a judgment declaring Andile Lungisa’s removal from its Nelson Mandela Bay candidate list unlawful, after the Johannesburg High Court found that Fikile Mbalula had acted outside his powers by removing the candidate shortly before the IEC deadline.
